• As soon as possible products made up with 100% of certified ingredients bio

• No flavours known as natural (aromatic cocktails of molecules isolated in laboratory), only of the biological flavours: true pods of vanilla or a fruit bio flavour extracts by a natural process without petrochemistry
• No products containing of corn or the soya not bio, even employed like simple additives (starch, lecithin) to eliminate any risk of GMO
  

Local provisioning, of season and transparentLa priority with the local provisioning and of season is one of the first engagements registered in the schedule of conditions Biocoop. We thus limit pollution related to transport towards the store and we take part in the economy and the dynamism of Finistere.

The products nonavailable locally come from the platform of Biocoop purchase.
In order to answer the criteria of referencing registered in the Biocoop charter, each product is the subject of a rigorous selection within commissions. They are made up of paid elected officials, specialized in a ray, as well as adviser-products of the network.
Before being proposed in the Biocoop catalogue the products are examined closely: ingredients, manufacturing process, traceability, packing, industrial relations policy of the company.

Priority with food According to the schedule of conditions Biocoop, we must:

• To propose our fresh produce with a minimum ratio of 40%
• Not to exceed the sale of nonfood (cosmetics, maintenance products) of more than 20%
• Not to exceed for our food complements the ratio from + 10%
• To carry out a food sales turnover which must be equal to or higher than 80% of the total sales turnover
