Wines bio of quality without pesticides
The vines bio are fertilized using green manures and of compost. Protected by simple salts (sulphur, copper) and natural products (vegetable algae, extracts), they are weeded mechanically.
The wine is then elaborate and high by limiting the use of additives (industrial yeasts, enzymes, sulphur, sugars ) by concerned vine growers of authenticity and quality.
Their content suffers from it is definitely lower than that of the conventional wines.
