FINISHED TERRA is a Co-operative Public limit company with Board of trustees and Directory
The consumers of the biocoops Finis Terra can become co-operator (adherent) by buying 4 partnership shares of Finished Terra (5 the share). To be member of a biocoop is to consume in conscience, to think individually and collectively of the globality of our practices.
 

To become member allows: To attend the Annual general meeting, to deliver her opinion and to vote the orientations taken by the co-operative. 
To stand as a candidate to the Board of trustees and to elect the members of them.
To profit from a handing-over of 4% on these purchases in the 5 Finished stores Terra (except BJP and the meat of the farm bio of the Pussy)
 

The Board of trustees: The Board of trustees (CS) represents and defends the interests of the members. He has primarily as a role to control the management of the company, this management itself concerning functions of the Directory. The Board of trustees takes care in particular of the respect of the Biocoop Charter. It is a body of decision and orientation for the co-operative.

The members of the Board of trustees are members elected per third leaving each year, at the time of the General meeting. Has Finis Terra 13 members are necessary according to the statutes, of which presidents and vice-presidents, who give their mandate annually.
CS is currently chaired by Elisabeth Mazé.
 

The Directory It is named by the Board of trustees. Its mission is to make function Finis Terra (commercial and financial management, human resources, communication). Currently the Directory is composed of 4 people: Marie-Helene Fur, managing director of Finished Terra, Nicole Renouf and Mado the Guy, coresponsables of the biocoop green Prim', Jean-Louis Fur, responsible for the development of Finished Terra.
